Job Summary




  • We are seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and online brand presence.

  • This role is responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversionacross multiple platforms.

  • The ideal candidate is an expert in digital tools, analytics, and trends, with a passion for building impactful online experiences in a highly competitive FMCG landscape.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall brand and business goals.

  • Manage and optimize all digital channels including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, programmatic ads, influencer partnerships, and the company website.

  • Plan and oversee digital campaigns (organic and paid) across platforms like Meta,Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.

  • Lead content strategy and creation; from briefs to publishing; ensuring consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging.

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, CTR, conversion) to inform decision-making and optimize ROI.

  • Oversee digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and spend tracking.

  • Stay up to date with digital trends, technologies, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with brand managers, sales teams, and creative agencies to ensure integrated messaging and seamless campaign execution.

  • Manage the company’s digital assets and ensure brand alignment across all online platforms.

  • Support e-commerce strategy and digital lead generation for sales and retail teams.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in FMCG, retail, or agency settings.

  • Strong understanding of digital media buying, targeting, and optimization (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

  • Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Hootsuite, or similar.

  • Experience with email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).

  • Proven ability to lead successful digital campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs.

  • Creative mindset with strong visual and copy sensibility.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
