Job Description




  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software Implementation & Support Consultant to support software implementation projects and provide ongoing client assistance post go-live.

  • This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in software support, SaaS environments, IT services, or business systems.

  • The role focuses on assisting with implementation activities, system configuration, user support, and ensuring a smooth client experience.

  • You will work closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams while building expertise in our software platform and client workflows.



Key Responsibilities

Implementation Support:




  • Assist in software implementation projects for new clients

  • Participate in discovery sessions to understand client processes

  • Support system configuration and setup

  • Assist with data imports and system testing

  • Help prepare documentation and go-live materials



Post-Implementation Support:




  • Provide first-level functional support to clients

  • Troubleshoot system usage issues and escalate when necessary

  • Support clients with configuration adjustments and minor updates

  • Maintain accurate documentation of client requests and resolutions.



Client Training & Communication:




  • Support user training sessions and onboarding activities

  • Create and update user guides and FAQs

  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding system functionality and best practices



Internal Collaboration:




  • Work with senior consultants on complex implementations

  • Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution

  • Contribute to internal process improvements



Preferred Qualifications




  • B.Sc / HND in Computer Science / Accounting

  • Experience working with business software (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.)

  • Basic understanding of databases, reporting, or data imports

  • Familiarity with Excel or data analysis tools

  • Exposure to client-facing roles

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related field
