Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced Deposit Mobilization Officer to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for mobilizing deposits and investments from individual and corporate leads, identifying new business opportunities, expanding the business network, and building relationships with existing customers to grow the bank’s deposit portfolios.



Responsibilities




  • Mobilize financial deposits from individual and corporate customers

  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing customers

  • Grow deposit portfolios through effective sales and marketing strategies

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and partners

  • Meet and exceed deposit mobilization targets

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

  • Ensure SOP on KYC is duly followed in all transactions.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree, Higher National Diploma in a relevant field

  • 3+ years of experience in deposit mobilization and HNI transactions in the Financial Sector.

  • Proven track record of achieving deposit and investment targets

  • Strong understanding of financial products and services

  • Excellent communication, sales, and marketing skills

  • Ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
