Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and drive the sales strategy of our asset management business.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales initiatives to grow Assets Under Management (AUM), build strong client relationships, and expand the company’s market presence.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and AUM growth targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance and accountability.

  • dentify and pursue new business opportunities across institutional and retail investor segments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, and institutional investors.

  • Collaborate with investment and product teams to position and promote asset management products effectively.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine sales strategies.

  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to executive management.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all sales activities.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10-12 years’ experience in sales within financial services, preferably asset management, wealth management, or investment banking.

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and AUM growth targets.

  • Strong network within the financial services industry.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CIS, or relevant financial certifications will be an added advantage.
