Job Summary
- The Art Director / Graphic Designer (Mid-Level) is responsible for conceptualising and executing visually compelling designs that support client marketing objectives across digital platforms.
- This role requires a strong balance of creative thinking and hands-on design execution.
- The role involves developing creative concepts, designing campaign assets, and collaborating with copywriters, media, and strategy teams to deliver high-quality, engaging visual content for multiple brands.
Main Areas of Responsibility
Creative Concept Development:
- Collaborate with copywriters and creative team to develop campaign ideas and concepts
- Translate briefs into strong, compelling visual solutions
- Develop creative directions aligned with client brand guidelines.
Design Execution:
- Design high-quality visuals for campaigns, Display ads and banners, Websites and landing pages, Email marketing, Pitch presentations and marketing collateral
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure consistency in visual identity across all campaigns
- Maintain high creative and design standards
Collaboration:
- Work closely with Copywriters, Media team, Strategy team, Account managers
- Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions

Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects (Important)
- Adobe Premiere Pro (Optional but preferred).
Additional advantage:
- Figma
- UI Design
- Motion graphics.
Experience/Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency
