Job Summary




  • The Art Director / Graphic Designer (Mid-Level) is responsible for conceptualising and executing visually compelling designs that support client marketing objectives across digital platforms.

  • This role requires a strong balance of creative thinking and hands-on design execution.

  • The role involves developing creative concepts, designing campaign assets, and collaborating with copywriters, media, and strategy teams to deliver high-quality, engaging visual content for multiple brands.



Main Areas of Responsibility

Creative Concept Development:




  • Collaborate with copywriters and creative team to develop campaign ideas and concepts

  • Translate briefs into strong, compelling visual solutions

  • Develop creative directions aligned with client brand guidelines.



Design Execution:




  • Design high-quality visuals for campaigns, Display ads and banners, Websites and landing pages, Email marketing, Pitch presentations and marketing collateral



Brand Consistency:




  • Ensure consistency in visual identity across all campaigns

  • Maintain high creative and design standards



Collaboration:




  • Work closely with Copywriters, Media team, Strategy team, Account managers

  • Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions



technical skills

Proficiency in:




  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Adobe InDesign

  • Adobe After Effects (Important)

  • Adobe Premiere Pro (Optional but preferred).



Additional advantage:




  • Figma

  • UI Design

  • Motion graphics.



 Experience/Qualification




  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred)

  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaign workKey Performance Areas

  • Quality of creative output

  • Creativity and originality

  • Timeliness of delivery

  • Contribution to campaign success.
