Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve targets
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, and product displays
- Handle customer issues and ensure excellent customer service
- Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and store activities
- Plan and execute promotional and marketing initiatives
Requirements
- 5–10 years experience in retail management, preferably in supermarkets, pharmacy chains, or FMCG stores
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
