Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead store teams, and drive sales growth.


• The ideal candidate will have strong retail management experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow


• Manage, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve targets


• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth


• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards


• Maintain inventory, stock levels, and product displays


• Handle customer issues and ensure excellent customer service


• Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and store activities


• Plan and execute promotional and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• 5–10 years experience in retail management, preferably in supermarkets, pharmacy chains, or FMCG stores


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Excellent communication and customer service abilities


• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
