Job Description
The Head, Projects provides strategic leadership and full lifecycle oversight for all construction and engineering projects from conceptualization to completion. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, contractor management, quality control, risk mitigation, infrastructure maintenance oversight, regulatory compliance, resource optimization, team leadership, reporting, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field
- 12–15 years project management experience in construction/engineering
- COREN/NSE membership required
- PMP certification is an advantage
- Proven experience delivering large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of construction lifecycle, permits, and regulatory frameworks
- Vendor negotiation and contractor management experience
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD)
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
