- A Project Officer supports project managers by coordinating activities, managing schedules, and handling administrative tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Key duties include monitoring progress, maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution:Assist in developing project plans, milestones, and workflows.
- Administrative Support:Maintain project documentation, records, and databases.
- Monitoring & Reporting:Track project progress, budget, and KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Coordination:Act as a liaison between team members, partners, and clients.
- Compliance:Ensure projects adhere to organizational policies, grant regulations, and, if applicable, government rules.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in project management or administration.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 / month.
