• We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Bag Maker to join our team in Jibowu, Lagos, producing quality school bags that help keep children learning and moving forward.


• We are open to both full-time and part-time arrangements for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Cut, sew, and assemble school bags according to provided designs and specifications


• Operate sewing machines and hand tools accurately and safely


• Inspect finished products for quality and make corrections as needed


• Manage materials efficiently to minimize waste


• Meet agreed production targets


• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.

Skills & Requirements

• Education: FSLC or equivalent; vocational training in tailoring or bag making is an added advantage


• Experience: 1 - 5 years in a similar role


• Proven experience in bag making, leather work, or garment/textile production


• Ability to operate industrial sewing machines


• Good eye for detail and commitment to quality


• Ability to follow patterns and work to specifications


• Honest, punctual, and team-oriented.

Remuneration
