Requirements

• Dirpharm Nigeria Limited is a leading manufacturer in the health and wellness sector, specializing in the production of high-quality pharmaceuticals, bottled water, and animal supplements role will be responsible for setting up, and maintaining blister packaging machines used in the manufacturing of pbannaccuticals products.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up aud adjusting machines according to product specifications


• Loading materials and products into machine hoppers or feedeß


• Operating controls 10 Start, stop, and regulate machine


• Monitoring machine operations and making adjustments as needed to ensure proper packaging


• Troubleshooting and resolving machine issues or malfunctions


• Performing routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning, lubricating. and replacing worn pmts


• Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy


• Compieting production reports and records


• Adhering to safety and quality standards at all times


• OND or O'Level


• Previous experience operating blister packing machines or similar packaging equipment


• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)


• Understanding Of machine settings and adjustments for different types Of products.


• Attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks on finished products


• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills


• Excelient communication and teamwork skills
