Responsibilities:




  • Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.

  • Manage room reservations and update booking records accurately.

  • Answer phone calls and provide information about hotel services.

  • Maintain accurate guest records and prepare daily front desk reports.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Process payments and issue receipts where necessary.

  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Follow hotel policies and procedures in handling guest services.



Education and Work Experience:




  • Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Good knowledge of hotel front desk operations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Professional appearance and attitude.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
