• The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to provide young graduates with hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of the company’s operations. Successful candidates will undergo structured training and rotational assignments aimed at developing future professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning across departments.


• Support day-to-day operations under the supervision of senior staff.


• Assist in research, data collection, and reporting tasks.


• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and commitment to learning.


• Complete all assigned projects and meet performance milestones.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in any relevant discipline (Engineering, Sciences, Business, or Social Sciences).


• Must have completed NYSC.


• 0–1 year post-NYSC experience.


• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.


• Willingness to learn and grow within a structured work environment.
