Job Summary




  • The Stock Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the receiving, processing, organizing, and replenishment of inventory.

  • The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the daily store activity






Responsibilities




  • Not restricted to being a coordinator alone, must be able to sell, handle cash and monitor inventory levels.

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries of sports merchandise (footwear, apparel, equipment).

  • Monitor stock levels and identify slow-moving or out-of-stock items.

  • Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring it is clean, safe, and efficient.

  • Ensure the accuracy of incoming stock by counting and reconciling physically received goods against purchase orders.



Requirements




  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience as a store manager or related role within retail (sporting goods or clothing preferred).

  • Proficiency with inventory management systems, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and MS Office

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Oversee, guide, train, and motivate the store staff team( sales reps, cashiers) to work effectively and achieve sales targets.
