Key responsibiities




  • Develop and execute the company’s growth and distribution strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and expansion channels.

  • Set clear KPIs for acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth.

  • Build quarterly and annual growth roadmaps.

  • Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost and maximize Customer Lifetime Value.

  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently and track ROI across channels.

  • Develop offline and online distribution networks where relevant.

  • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage partner performance.

  • Expand product presence across new platforms and ecosystems.

  • Build dashboards to monitor acquisition, funnel performance, and growth metrics.

  • Analyze user behavior to identify growth opportunities.

  • Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

  • Use data to inform campaign optimization and strategic decisions.

  • Develop retention strategies (email marketing, CRM, automation, loyalty programs).

  • Improve user onboarding and engagement flows.

  • Implement upsell and cross-sell strategies.

  • Reduce churn and increase repeat purchase rates.

  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align growth initiatives.

  • Provide customer insights to inform product improvements.

  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for new products or features.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.

  • 8+ years experience in growth, performance marketing, distribution, or commercial strategy.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.

  • Proven experience scaling acquisition channels.

  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets.

  • Strong negotiation and partnership development skills.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM tools, Excel, etc.).

  • Experience in startups, tech, media, fintech, retail, or fast-paced industries is a plus.
