Role Summary
- The Branch Manager will drive business growth, profitability, risk control, and operational excellence within the branch, while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute branch business strategy to meet loan, deposit, and revenue targets.
- Drive deposit mobilization, credit growth, and product cross-selling.
- Manage loan processing, monitoring, and recovery; maintain PAR ≤ 5%.
- Ensure compliance with CBN regulations, KYC, AML/CFT, and internal controls.
- Oversee daily branch operations and service delivery standards.
- Identify and mitigate credit and operational risks.
- Lead and develop staff; manage performance and discipline processes.
- Build customer and community partnerships to grow market share.
- Monitor branch performance and submit accurate periodic reports.
- Improve processes and support digital/operational transformation.

- ≥90% loan and deposit target achievement
- PAR ≤ 5%
- ≥85% customer retention
- Profitability targets met
- ≥95% recovery on performing loans
- 100% compliance and reporting timeliness
- ≥99% reporting accuracy

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
- 5–7 years banking experience, with at least 3 years in management.
- Solid knowledge of microfinance operations, credit, and regulation.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
