Role Overview




  • We are looking for a Head of Revenue to lead our commercial growth and strengthen our market presence.

  • The Head of Revenue will be responsible for driving the company’s revenue growth while ensuring a consistent and predictable sales pipeline. This role combines hands-on selling, strategic leadership, and sales process management.

  • The successful candidate will lead the sales team, close high-value deals, and ensure the company consistently meets its revenue targets.



Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Sales Execution:




  • Own and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

  • Personally close strategic and high-value client accounts.

  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline (minimum 3× monthly revenue target).

  • Ensure pricing discipline, strong proposal quality, and timely follow-up with prospects.



Sales Leadership:




  • Lead, mentor, and manage Media Sales Executives.

  • Set individual and team sales targets and track performance.

  • Provide coaching and support to improve sales effectiveness and closing rates



Sales Process & Reporting:




  • Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure consistent usage across the sales team.

  • Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

  • Strengthen adherence to sales processes and performance tracking.



Strategic Commercial Development:




  • Identify growth opportunities across key industries and target markets.

  • Develop strategies to increase client acquisition and retention.

  • Work with marketing and operations teams to improve market positioning and revenue generation.



Cross-Functional Collaboration:




  • Partner with Finance to ensure efficient invoicing, payment tracking, and commission processes.

  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth campaign execution and client delivery.

  • Support People & Culture on sales recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.



Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)




  • Achieve at least 95% of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

  • Maintain a sales pipeline at minimum 3× monthly revenue targets.

  • Close high-value strategic deals representing ≥30% of monthly revenue targets.

  • Deliver sales forecasts with at least 90% accuracy.



Education Qualification and Experience




  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 6–10 years of sales experience, with a strong record of revenue generation.

  • Experience in media, advertising, OOH, digital signage, or technology-enabled services is highly desirable.
