Job Summary 




  • We are seeking a result-oriented and proactive Business Development Executive to join our Owerri team.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Develop and implement sales strategies

  • Promote and market Eromedix products and services

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets



Other Responsibilities:

Sample Collection & Delivery




  • Pick up laboratory samples from hospitals, clinics, and partner facilities.

  • Deliver samples to the diagnostic centre laboratory promptly for testing.

  • Transport samples carefully to prevent damage, contamination, or delay.



Delivery of Reports:




  • Deliver test results and medical reports to hospitals, doctors, and patients when required.

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of patient medical information.



Transportation of Medical Supplies




  • Transport laboratory consumables, reagents, and medical supplies between branches or partner facilities.

  • Ensure proper handling of fragile or temperature-sensitive items.



Logistics Coordination




  • Follow daily delivery schedules and assigned routes.

  • Communicate with the laboratory, front desk, and logistics officer regarding pickups and deliveries.

  • Confirm receipt of items with signatures or documentation.



Documentation:




  • Maintain delivery logs and records for all pickups and drop-offs.

  • Ensure all waybills, dispatch forms, and delivery notes are properly signed and returned.



Safety & Compliance:




  • Ensure proper packaging and safe handling of biological samples.

  • Follow infection prevention and control guidelines.

  • Use protective equipment where necessary.



Bike Maintenance:




  • Keep the motorcycle clean, fueled, and in good working condition.

  • Report maintenance issues immediately.

  • Ensure valid license, insurance, and vehicle documents are always available.



Requirements




  • BSc / HND in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field

  • 1–2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Owerri

  • Tech-savvy and familiar with medical/technology products.
