Role Overview




  • Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, supporting student achievement, and fostering an engaging classroom environment while working within both the British and Nigerian curriculum frameworks.



Key Responsibilities




  • Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons.

  • Implement effective teaching strategies that support diverse learners.

  • Assess and monitor students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.

  • Maintain accurate academic records and support students’ academic development.

  • Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.

  • Prepare students for internal, national, and international assessments where applicable.

  • Participate actively in school programs, meetings, and professional development activities.



Candidate Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject area.

  • Professional teaching qualification such as B.Ed, PGDE, or equivalent.

  • Proven teaching experience at the secondary school level.

  • Familiarity with the British Curriculum (Cambridge / IGCSE or equivalent) will be an advantage.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.

  • A genuine passion for teaching and student development.
