Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new land resources for the company’s land development projects.
- Communicate and negotiate with landowners or land agents to reach land purchase agreements.
- Organize and participate in land due diligence to verify land ownership, boundaries, and land history.
- Responsible for managing the entire land acquisition process, including:
- Negotiation with landowners
- Contract signing
- Payment arrangements
- Assist the company in following up government land approval processes, including:
- Charting
- Survey Plan
- Assessmen
- Certificate of Occupancy(C of O / CFO)
- Be familiar with the application and approval procedures for Certificate of Occupancy (C of O / CFO).
- Collect land market information including land prices, development trends, and investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, and surveying departments to ensure smooth project progress.
- Manage the land acquisition team and develop land acquisition strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in Real Estate, Land Management, Law, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in land acquisition or real estate industry.
- Familiar with land transaction processes, including: Land acquisition, surveying, and land approval procedures.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reach agreements with landowners and partners.
- Experience communicating with government authorities and familiarity with land approval procedures.
Core Competencies:
- Land sourcing ability, negotiation skills, project management ability, and risk control capability.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have experience in land development or real estate projects, be familiar with land approval procedures, and have strong connections in the land industry.
