About the Role




  • We are recruiting a Human Resource Analyst for a restaurant in Abuja.

  • The successful candidate will work on-site as the dedicated HR personnel for the restaurant, while working with Brooks Advisory Services Limited (BASL) to implement structured HR processes, policies, and performance systems.

  • This role is suited for an HR professional who is detail-oriented, operationally sound, and data-driven, with a strong understanding of people operations within a hospitality or service-based environment.



Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Data Management:




  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

  • Track staff attendance, shifts, leave, and overtime records

  • Compile and analyses HR data related to staffing, performance, and turnover.



Recruitment & Onboarding Support:




  • Support recruitment activities for restaurant staff roles

  • Coordinate interviews, documentation, and onboarding processes

  • Ensure smooth induction of new employees in line with BASL standards.



Performance Tracking & Reporting:




  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems

  • Monitor KPIs, productivity, and staff efficiency

  • Prepare periodic HR reports for management and BASL.



Employee Relations & Compliance:




  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries

  • Support disciplinary processes and documentation

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.



Payroll & Compensation Support:




  • Validate payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, and deductions

  • Support timely salary processing in collaboration with accounts

  • Maintain accurate records of compensation and benefits.



Training & Development Support:




  • Coordinate staff training schedules and learning records

  • Track training needs and participation

  • Support skills development initiatives across departments.



Policy & Process Implementation:




  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines provided by BASL

  • Ensure consistent application across all restaurant staff

  • Support HR audits and process improvement initiatives.



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 2 - 4 years HR experience, preferably in hospitality, food service, or service-driven organizations

  • Strong administrative, analytical, and reporting skills

  • Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
