Job Summary
- We are seeking a polite, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
- The ideal candidate will handle front-desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and support basic administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain visitor records and front-desk documentation
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support when required
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE / OND Certificate
- Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk officer is an advantage
- Candidates staying close to Mushin, Yaba, Oyingbo, Iddo, Otto, Makoko,and Surulere environs are preferably considered .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
- Neat appearance and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
