Job Summary




  • We are seeking a polite, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.

  • The ideal candidate will handle front-desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and support basic administrative duties.



Key Responsibilities




  • Welcome and attend to visitors in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls appropriately

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Maintain visitor records and front-desk documentation

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars

  • Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable

  • Provide basic administrative and clerical support when required



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Minimum of SSCE / OND Certificate

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk officer is an advantage

  • Candidates staying close to Mushin, Yaba, Oyingbo, Iddo, Otto, Makoko,and Surulere environs are preferably considered .

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)

  • Neat appearance and professional attitude

  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
