Job Responsibilities




  • Identifying and onboarding channel partners to enhance market penetration and expand market share.

  • Supervising product sales activities to align with organizational objectives.

  • Ensuring appropriate placement of new products within designated channels.

  • Meeting predetermined sales targets in terms of volume and value through primary sales to

  • Direct Channel Partners on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

  • Stimulating secondary sales by managing Channel Partner inventory and providing monthly reports.

  • Monitoring Channel Partner inventory levels and delivering monthly reports.

  • Taking full responsibility for Channel Partner accounts and addressing all related issues, including sales.



Job Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2 – 5 years of experience in Channel/Distribution sales function in the role of a sales executive or sales officer inPower Products and Power backup Solutions, Consumer Durable goods, Small Domestic Appliances, Electrical Goods, Power Generators.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel.

  • Good Communication skills.
