Job Summary

• We are looking for a talented and innovative Content Creator to develop engaging digital content that promotes our real estate properties and strengthens our brand presence online.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content across various platforms including social media, blogs, and marketing materials to attract potential buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns


• Create video, photo, and written content that promotes property listings and company services


• Plan and execute content calendars to ensure consistent brand communication


• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop campaign ideas and promotional strategies


• Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach


• Stay updated with social media trends and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Digital Content Specialist


• Strong writing, storytelling, and visual content creation skills


• Experience using social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn for business promotion


• Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools is an advantage


• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
