Job Summary




  • As the Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, handling confidential information, coordinating staff activities, and supporting business operations.

  • The ideal candidate must be highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking across administrative, operational, and sales support functions.



Responsibilities




  • Provide executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements

  • Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and sensitive company information with discretion

  • Coordinate administrative tasks and manage workflow across teams under the executive’s supervision

  • Assist with operational and project-related tasks to support business activities

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools

  • Support diesel marketing activities and assist in client engagement when operational workload permits

  • Ensure effective communication between management, staff, and external stakeholders

  • Track tasks, follow up on deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met across departments



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Excel.
