As the Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, handling confidential information, coordinating staff activities, and supporting business operations.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking across administrative, operational, and sales support functions.
Responsibilities
Provide executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and sensitive company information with discretion
Coordinate administrative tasks and manage workflow across teams under the executive’s supervision
Assist with operational and project-related tasks to support business activities
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
Support diesel marketing activities and assist in client engagement when operational workload permits
Ensure effective communication between management, staff, and external stakeholders
Track tasks, follow up on deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met across departments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Excel.
