About the Role




  • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Branch Logistic Officer to manage real-time inventory of the branch offices, adjust branch inventory based on sales data and Company instructions, undertake related tasks, and fulfill other relevant assignments assigned by department leaders.



Key Responsibilities




  • Assist in monitoring stock levels across branch offices and maintain accurate inventory historic records.

  • Assist in updating and maintaining branch stock information on the ERP system.

  • Monitor branch inventory balances on the ERP system and report any discrepancies to the Branch Logistic Officer.

  • Support the reconciliation of branch stock records by comparing ERP data with branch stock reports and escalating variances where necessary.

  • Assist in generating ERP-based inventory and logistics reports for operational review.

  • Assist in coordinating product distribution and stock transfers between the head office and branch offices and inter branch office stock transfers

  • Follow up with branch offices to obtain stock updates, delivery confirmations, and logistics information.

  • Assist in receiving and compiling promotional item requests from branch offices.

  • Support the preparation, documentation, and dispatch of promotional items to branch offices.

  • Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of stock transfers, product movements, and logistics activities.

  • Compile and organize logistics records and reports for review by the Branch Logistic Officer.

  • Follow up with branch offices on pending stock updates, product confirmations, and inventory adjustments as directed by the Branch Logistic Officer.

  • Assist the Branch Logistic Officer with administrative and operational logistics tasks as assigned.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Branch Logistic Officer or management.



Requirement & Qualification




  • B.Sc./B.A/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, or related fields

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics, inventory management, supply chain operations, or warehouse/stock control.

  • Experience working in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Retail, or Distribution companies is an added advantage.



Skills & Competencies:




  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Strong numerical sensitivity and ability to perform data statistics and analysis as required

  • Strong inventory management and stock monitoring skills.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
