Job Summary




  • We are seeking dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executives to join our fast growing real estate team in Gbagada.

  • The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving property sales through both inside and field marketing activities.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.

  • Promote and market the company’s real estate products and services.

  • Conduct property presentations and site inspections with prospective clients.

  • Generate leads through both office-based (inside) and field marketing activities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer preferences.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 1–3 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development (real estate experience is an advantage).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Good knowledge of Lagos and ability to engage in field marketing.
