Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to lead and oversee Sales, Business Development, Digital Marketing, and Brand Growth initiatives across Testify Limited.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, strengthening brand positioning, building strategic partnerships, and developing scalable growth systems that support long-term business objectives.
- This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, performance marketing expertise, relationship management, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new revenue streams across Business Consult, Academy, and Community arms.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimization.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
- Lead corporate sales initiatives for QA and digital assurance services.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines and forecasting systems.
- Identify, approach, and close high-value corporate and institutional clients.
- Develop proposals, pitch decks, and commercial offers.
- Oversee client relationship management and upselling strategies.
- Establish strategic alliances and enterprise partnerships.
- Develop and oversee digital marketing strategy across all platforms.
- Manage content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Drive lead generation and conversion optimization strategies.
- Strengthen Testify Limited’s brand positioning within the tech and QA industry.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand identity.
- Oversee brand storytelling, thought leadership, and PR opportunities.
- Coordinate brand visibility through events, webinars, partnerships, and speaking engagements.
- Monitor brand performance and perception metrics.
- Track and report on growth KPIs and revenue performance.
- Use data to optimize campaigns, funnels, and sales processes.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports for leadership.
- Continuously test, refine, and scale growth initiatives.
- Oversee and coordinate sales, marketing, and partnership initiatives.
- Build scalable systems for sustainable growth.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related field
Experience
- 2–3 years’ experience in growth, sales, business development, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and scaling business growth.
- Experience in tech, SaaS, consulting, or digital services environment preferred.
