Job Responsibilities
Your responsibilities while in this role include but are not limited to:
- Instructs employees on job responsibilities and company policies
- Assign tasks to employees based on business needs
- Supervise the work of sales assistants, cleaners, security and cashiers to ensure adherence to Prime Pharmacy procedures.
- Enforce health, safety and security rules within Prime Pharmacy
- Examine all Prime Pharmacy products to ensure accurate price and product quality.
- Cooperate with the HR department to ensure compliance of company rules.
- Record stock and re-order inventory when needed.
- Provide customer service by welcoming, assisting and responding to customer complaints and enquiries.
- Monitor and keep records of all sales activities
- Discuss job performance with employees, identify issues and proffer solutions
- Assist the HR department to carry out monthly staff performance appraisals
- Perform all other activities as may be delegated by the Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer or the HR.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with 2-3 years experience.
