Job Description
Role Objective
- To provide high-level administrative support to the Audit and Tax teams, ensuring seamless office operations, professional client relations, and meticulous management of financial documents and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
Document Management:
- Assist in the formatting, printing, and binding of Audit reports, financial statements, and tax letters.
Client Relations:
- Receive and direct clients, manage the office switchboard, and handle inquiries with extreme professionalism.
Filing & Archiving:
- Maintain a highly organized physical and digital filing system for sensitive client records, ensuring easy retrieval for auditors.
Scheduling:
- Manage the firm’s calendar, including scheduling client audits, tax filing deadlines, and internal partner meetings.
Correspondence:
- Draft and proofread professional letters, emails, and memos to regulatory bodies (like LIRS/FIRS) and clients.
Office Logistics:
- Monitor office supplies, manage petty cash for daily office expenses, and ensure the reception area is always presentable.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
OND / HND / B.Sc in Office Technology Management, Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or any related field.

- Exceptional command of English (Written and Oral).
- Discretion: Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
- High attention to detail (zero tolerance for typos in financial documents).
