Job Summary
- The Art Director is responsible for leading the visual direction and creative execution of marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- This role combines creative leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. The Art Director will lead designers, develop campaign concepts, ensure creative excellence, and contribute to the agency’s overall creative output and reputation.
Responsibilities
Creative Leadership:
- Lead the visual development of integrated marketing campaigns
- Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts
- Define creative direction for client campaigns.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and supervise graphic designers and motion designers
- Provide creative guidance and feedback
- Ensure quality control across all creative output
- Mentor and develop junior designers.
Campaign Development:
- Collaborate with Copywriters, Strategists, Media team, Account managers
- Develop campaign concepts, storyboards, and visual systems.
Design Oversight & Execution:
- Oversee creation of Digital campaigns, Social media visuals, Advertising creatives, Motion graphics, Video content
- Provide hands-on design support when necessary.
Client Engagement:
- Participate in client presentations
- Present creative concepts to clients
- Interpret client briefs into creative solutions.
Creative Strategy Contribution:
- Contribute to campaign ideation
- Support pitch development for new business.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all creative work meets agency standards
- Maintain brand consistency.

Experience / Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 – 8 years experience in advertising or digital marketing agency
- Minimum of 2 years in leadership or senior designer role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign leadership.
Technical Skills:
Expert proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Motion graphics tools
- Design and digital creative tools.
Preferred:
- Figma
- Video production knowledge.
