The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, and closing sales to help grow the business.
An ideal candidate is goal-oriented, persuasive, and has excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, process, and confirm customer orders via phone, whatsapp, email, website, and in-person visits.
Conduct field visits to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and distributors to generate new orders.
Promote company products and communicate ongoing promotions to customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and expand customer base.
Follow up on pending payments and outstanding invoices.
Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Provide market feedback on competitor pricing and customer demand trends.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not always required with 3-5years of experience
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
