Job Brief:

We are looking for a result-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Submit a meaningful and detailed daily action plan every morning outlining intended client engagement and sales activities.


• Actively engage in field marketing and client follow-ups, meeting with a minimum of 6-10 clients weekly.


• Generate and convert leads to achieve at least 3-4 LPOs weekly.


• Work towards achieving a monthly sales target of N10,000,000.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and customer profiling.


• Present , promote and sell company products/services to potential customers.

 Requirement:

• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing or a similar role.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and meet strict target and deadlines.


• Goal oriented mindset with a strong drive to close deals and generate revenue.
