JOB SUMMARY:



The sales executive will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial real estate properties to potential clients. This role includes identifying leads, managing clients relationship, conducting property tours and negotiating and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate will be goal driven, have excellent communication skill, and possess a passion for real estate. 



Key Responsibilities: 




  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective buyers and sellers.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.

  • Conduct property viewings and site visits to prospective buyers.

  • Understand clients' needs and preferences to offer suitable property options.

  • Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitors' activities.

  • Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date market information.

  • Identify emerging markets and suggest investment opportunities to clients.

  • Manage and update property listings on various platforms, including the company's website and social media.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential buyers.

  • Lead by example in achieving sales targets and maintaining ethical practices.

  • Prepare regular sales reports for management, detailing key performance metrics and progress toward targets.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Provide feedback on market demands and client preferences to improve product offerings.



REQUIREMENTS




  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience in handling high-value property transactions and client negotiations.

  • Strong ability to close deals and handle price negotiations.
