This role is not just about running campaigns the ideal candidatewill be responsible for building repeatable, scalable growth systems that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
The ideal candidate will work closely with product, operations, and partners to ensure growth is not just fast, but sustainable.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to increase rider acquisition across multiple channels.
Identify and test high-impact growth loops (referrals, partnerships, campus/community activations, offline channels).
Drive aggressive user growth targets through continuous experimentation and optimization.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across digital platforms.
Track CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and channel performance to ensure efficient spend.
Continuously run A/B tests on messaging, creatives, and funnels.
Build strategic partnerships with businesses, communities, and institutions to drive adoption.
Identify unconventional distribution channels that unlock new user segments.
Collaborate with on-ground teams to execute local growth initiatives.
Design lifecycle marketing strategies to improve activation and retention.
Work with product teams to improve onboarding flows and user experience.
