Requirements and Qualification

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 12–15+ years in asset management, investment banking, or private credit.


• Proven track record in managing business units and deal execution.


• Deep understanding of multi-asset strategies and alternative investments.


• Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


• MBA or equivalent preferred


• Experience with Shariah-compliant finance is a plus.
