Job Summary




  • The Human Resources Manager is responsible for effectively attracting, developing and retaining top talents in the company ensuring their welfare and optimization to achieve set organizational goals.



Job Description




  • Develop the recruitment and selection procedures.

  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation and all on-boarding activities.

  • Prepare job engagement documentations, job evaluations and job descriptions for all positions in the organization.

  • Prepare the organization’s remuneration and other HR budgets, conduct periodic pay surveys, recommend; plan and implement remuneration structure revisions.

  • Set up key performance measurement matrix and indicators for all job functions and ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of all employee work results periodically.

  • Formulate effective performance appraisal policy, procedures and ensure its compliance. Review and analyze the performance appraisal managing process

  • Conduct training needs analysis and institutionalize a well coordinated human capital development program focusing on results and impact by recruiting, selecting, orientating, and training employees.

  • Scheduling management interface with employees on HR issues; hearing and resolving employee grievances and counseling.

  • Maintain employee benefits programs and directing the processing of benefit claims

  • Review, amend and draft job descriptions and qualifications required for job positions.

  • Set up the working methodology for succession planning analysis, implementation and monitoring.

  • Ensure proper management of staff resources and maintenance of occupational health safety.

  • Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches amongst personnel

  • Advise staff on all HR policy matters and recommend needed changes



Qualification




  • HND/B.Sc/BA.

  • HR Certification is an advantage.



Requirements:




  • Candidate must be a passionate about HR, People-Management and Business Sustainability

  • They must have worked or currently working in a company with organized systems and procedures as Human Resources Manager or Senior HR Officer

  • A minimum of 10 years work experience in HR is required



Other Conditions:




  • Ideal candidates should presently reside in Ikeja or Alimosho LGA or environ.

  • They should be ready to be interviewed PHYSICALLY within one week

  • Applicants must be very hardworking, target oriented, with high level of integrity

  • They must be conversant with all HR conventions and the Labor Act
