Job Summary

• We are seeking a diligent Pool Attendant with strong swimming ability and lifeguard skills to join our facilities team. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, maintenance, and exceptional guest service in a pool environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor pool area for safety, enforcing rules and preventing accidents.


• Test and maintain water chemistry (pH, chlorine levels) daily; perform basic cleaning and skimming.


• Clean pool decks, furniture, changing rooms, and surrounding areas.


• Assist guests with towels, loungers, and general inquiries.


• Inspect equipment (pumps, filters, lights) and report issues promptly.


• Maintain inventory of pool supplies and chemicals.

Requirements

• Must be a strong swimmer with proven lifeguard skills (certification required).


• Experience in pool maintenance.


• Knowledge of water testing and basic pool chemistry.


• Physically fit for cleaning tasks and emergency response.


• Strong swimming ability and customer service skills.


• Available for shifts including weekends and holidays.


• Bonus: First aid/CPR certification or hospitality background.
