Report To: Marketing Manager   



Salary:  ₦150,000 – ₦250,000    



Responsibilities



The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):




  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms 

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote products, special offers, and brand awareness 

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and viral content to keep the brand relevant and competitive 

  • Manage customer engagement by responding to direct messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally 

  • Build and maintain a strong online community and positive brand image 

  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools 

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align content strategies with business objectives 

  • Support product launches, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives 



Requirement




  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or any related field 

  • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Marketing, or related fields will be an added advantage 

  • Minimum of 2–4 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, or in a similar role 

  • Prior experience managing social media for a cosmetics, skincare, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand is highly preferred 

  • Demonstrated success in growing brand visibility, engagement, and online sales through social media strategies 

  • Experience in running paid social media advertisements and promotions is an added advantage 

  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other relevant social media platforms 

  • Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or similar platforms 

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing applications 

  • Understanding of SEO, hashtags strategy, influencer marketing, and social media algorithms 

  • Ability to interpret analytics and generate performance reports for management review
