Role Summary




  • This role is responsible for consistent daily posting, active page management, and engaging customers to drive sales opportunities.

  • Ensure all products are visible

  • Maintain consistent content flow

  • Drive fast, conversion-focused engagement



Key Responsibilities

Page Management & Posting:




  • Manage all social media platforms daily (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

  • Maintain consistent daily posting without gaps.

  • Publish multiple daily posts (feed and stories) during active hours.

  • Ensure all products for the month are posted and actively promoted.



Content Execution & Collaboration:




  • Work with the team to create and execute content.

  • Contribute ideas for videos, Reels, and campaigns.

  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand (luxury, lifestyle, easy-to-wear).



Product Visibility & Campaign Execution:




  • Ensure all products (new and existing) are consistently visible.

  • Support product launches with teasers and coordinated posting.

  • Repost and promote older designs alongside new drops.



Community Engagement & Sales Support:




  • Respond promptly to comments and direct messages.

  • Actively engage followers and build strong relationships.

  • Convert interactions into qualified leads.

  • Initiate conversations and hand over leads to the sales team for closure.



Website Product Management:




  • Upload and manage products on the website.

  • Ensure accurate product images, pricing, and availability.

  • Update inventory status and remove or mark sold-out items.

  • Maintain real-time accuracy between social media and website listings.



Performance Monitoring:




  • Track engagement metrics (comments, DMs, interactions).

  • Identify high-performing content that drives interest and inquiries.



Requirements




  • Proven experience managing social media pages (beauty/fashion preferred).

  • Strong communication and engagement skills.

  • Ability to handle high-volume posting in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic content creation skills (video editing, captions, trend adaptation).

  • Experience uploading products on websites (or willingness to learn).

  • Highly organized, consistent, and detail-oriented.



Work Structure:




  • Daily active posting is required.

  • Monthly product sheet must be fully executed (all items posted and promoted).

  • Weekly content flow includes:

    • Product teasers

    • Launch execution

    • Ongoing product rotation



  • Daily story updates are mandatory.

  • Weekly structured content (carousels and planned posts) required.
