Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated fresh graduate to join our organization as a Graduate Sales analyst.
- This is an entry-level leadership role designed for a young professional with a strong interest in sales, business growth, and relationship management.
- The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Sales to drive revenue, develop client relationships, and gradually grow into a full Sales leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities
- Leverage personal and professional contacts to generate leads and close deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
- Participate actively in sales meetings, negotiations, and presentations
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver customer solutions
- Learn and apply best practices in sales leadership and team management
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or any related discipline
- Completed NYSC (Discharge or Exemption Certificate required)
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and leadership
- Must have an existing network/contacts that can support business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confidence, self-drive, and strong result-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibility
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools is an added advantage
