- The Head of Business Operations is responsible for driving operational coordination, execution discipline, governance cadence, and performance visibility across our client's core business functions.
- The role exists to reduce operational dependency on the MD by strengthening accountability structures, improving cross functional execution, institutionalizing reporting rhythm, and supporting the company’s transition toward a more structured and scalable operating model.
Responsibilities
Operational Coordination and Execution:
- Coordinate operational activities across all business functions
- Ensure alignment between strategy, execution priorities, and operational delivery
- Monitor execution progress and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Drive accountability across functional leads
Governance and Performance Management:
- Implement operational review cadence across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles
- Support KPI implementation and performance tracking systems
- Monitor operational reporting and escalation management
- Reinforce delegation matrix and authority clarity
Sales and Delivery Alignment:
- Improve coordination between Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, and Partnerships
- Monitor pipeline visibility and operational readiness for execution
- Support recurring revenue operationalization and customer lifecycle continuity
Process Improvement:
- Standardize workflows, reporting formats, and operational processes
- Improve operational visibility and reporting discipline
- Drive process optimization and execution consistency
Leadership Support:
- Provide operational reporting and execution visibility to the MD and CEO
- Support organizational stabilization and institutional maturity initiatives
- Reinforce execution discipline and accountability culture.
Key Performance Indicators
- Reduction in operational escalations to MD
- Operational review cadence adherence
- Delivery coordination efficiency

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Technology, Engineering, or related field with 7 to 10 years relevant experience
- MBA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related professional certifications will be advantageous
- Strong operational leadership capability
- Experience managing cross functional business operations
- Strong execution monitoring and governance discipline
- Commercial awareness and enterprise coordination capability
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to drive accountability without creating operational friction
- Experience within technology services or consulting environments preferred.
