Job Summary

• As the Business Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading the business development team, building strategic client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through innovative sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve revenue and growth targets


• Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships


• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the organization's market presence


• Monitor team performance, prepare sales reports, and provide market insights to management


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field


• Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role


• Strong knowledge of financial products and business development strategies


• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills


• Proven track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.
