Description

• A confident male sales representative who is customer-friendly, responsible, organized,comfortable with social media (Instagram), able to handle customer communication, order processing, delivery tracking, and basic content participation.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to Instagram DMs


• Chat with customers and provide product information


• Collect customer orders


• Package and dispatch orders


• Track orders until customer receives them


• Follow up with customers after delivery


• Handle normal sales representative duties


• Participate in content creation when needed (not camera-shy)

Requirements

• Must be male


• Must be able to read and write


• Must be confident speaking with customers


• Must communicate clearly on phone calls


• Must be able to give proper accounts/reports


• Must not be shy of camera


• Must be responsible and trustworthy.
