Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to drive customer acquisition, business development, and brand visibility in Lagos.


• The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to convert leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new retail and corporate sales opportunities.


• Build and maintain relationships with individual and business customers.


• Promote the company's products, offers, and services across multiple channels.​​​​​​​


• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.​​​​​​​


• Execute sales and marketing campaigns to achieve revenue targets.​​​​​​​


• Prepare weekly sales reports and maintain an accurate customer database.​​​​​​​


• Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.​​​​​​​


• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and marketing.​​​​​​​


• Strong negotiation and communication skills.​​​​​​​


• Proven ability to meet sales targets.​​​​​​​


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.​​​​​​​


• Experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce is desirable.
