- The Social Media & Graphic Designer will be responsible for enhancing Ryhenz & Mediflex Industries' online presence by creating engaging visual and written content, managing social media platforms, and maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
- This role involves designing graphics for digital and print, developing creative campaigns, and building strong connections with target audiences through innovative content strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and Manage platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok and Twitter etc.
- Craft compelling posts, stories, and campaigns to foster interaction and loyalty.
- Respond to comments, inquiries, and direct messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Design visually appealing graphics, including flyers, banners, posters, and social media visuals, aligned with the brand's aesthetic.
- Create engaging multimedia content such as videos, GIFs, and animations.
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute design projects for digital and print media.
- Write engaging captions, blog posts, and product descriptions that resonate with target audiences.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and posts.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media strategies with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies or influencers for collaborations and promotional activities.
- Track social media and content performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance engagement.
- Stay updated on design and social media trends to innovate strategies.
- Ensure all visual and written content maintains consistency in tone, style, and branding.
- Develop guidelines and templates for standardizing the company’s design and social media materials.
- Assist in marketing events, campaigns, and exhibitions as required.
- Support website updates and maintenance when necessary.
- Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and optimization for search engines (SEO).
- Monitor website analytics, track user behavior, and implement strategies to improve website performance and user experience.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the MD/CEO, Operations Manager, HR/ADMIN etc.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree, OND, HND in Mass Communication, Sales/Marketing, Economics, Business Administration Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-years’ experience in graphic design and social media management.
