  • We seek an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the packaging industry to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth.

  • The successful candidate will develop and execute effective sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.



Job Responsibilities




  • Create, implement, and drive strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored packaging solutions.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activity.

  • Coordinate sales efforts with the marketing team to execute campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.

  • Manage, motivate, and guide the sales team to ensure high performance, providing training and development opportunities where needed.

  • Ensure top-quality service and support are provided to clients, addressing their concerns and feedback promptly.

  • Generate regular sales reports, analyze performance data, and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.

  • Monitor sales budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control operational costs to meet financial targets.



Qualifications and Skills




  • Minimum of 10 years in a sales role within the packaging industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.

  • Extensive knowledge of the packaging industry, including market trends, product innovations, and key players.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.

  • Proficient in using data and market insights to drive decisions and improve sales

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiating contracts, closing deals, and managing accounts effectively.

  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office, with the ability to quickly learn new sales tools and software.
